Read MorePrograms Our Team Built & Previously Operated
Our leadership team designed, launched, and operated some of the most significant government ferry and maritime programs in American history. This is the experience we bring to every Land & Sea engagement.
NYC Ferry
Our founding team led the origination and launch of NYC Ferry from concept to the nation's largest passenger-only ferry system. Built from zero to 38 vessels operating across 6 routes and 5 boroughs, NYC Ferry carries 7.4 million annual riders under a $405 million operating contract and stands as the largest government passenger ferry program launched in the United States in a generation.
Alcatraz Cruises
Our team won and operated the National Park Service concession for Alcatraz Island, serving 1.7 million annual visitors. In 2008, we designed and launched the first hybrid-electric passenger ferry built in the United States on this route, reducing fuel consumption by 75%. The program set the standard for sustainable operations at National Park Service concessions nationwide.
Statue Cruises
Our founding team originated and operated the National Park Service concession for Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island ferry service, transporting 4.3 million annual visitors to two of America's most visited national monuments. The program generated approximately $100 million in annual revenue and set the operational standard for high-volume, passenger-first NPS concession management.
Puerto Rico Ferry System
Our leadership team led the $750 million public-private partnership to modernize Puerto Rico's statewide ferry network. The program encompassed 18 vessels, more than 3 million annual passengers, and the full transformation of a critical public transit system serving island communities. It remains one of the largest government ferry PPPs in United States history.
