- Sensitive vendor data (Tax ID/EIN) encrypted at rest

- File uploads (W-9, certificates of insurance) stored securely and access-restricted

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 2 years or until the inquiry is resolved
- Vendor registration data: Retained for the duration of the vendor relationship plus 3 years for audit compliance
- Server logs: Retained by Netlify per their data retention policy (typically 30 days)

- Right to know: You may request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it.
