Integrity. Hard Work. Meaningful Relationships.
We deliver exceptional services with discipline, care, and collaboration. Empowering our crew to Go Beyond expectations.
It's all about our Crew
Meet some of the people behind our success
Dexter brings 20+ years in maritime operations, time as operations director at a major West Coast ferry system, and a USCG captain's license to every decision he makes. He's been on both sides of the wheelhouse door. That's why his crews trust him, and why our partners do too.
Pam designs destination and expedition experiences for the most demanding guests on the water, including programming for a luxury cruise line's Alaska operations. At that level, expected isn't good enough. Pam starts where the standard ends.
Kai came up through our own crew development program and earned his mariner credential on our decks. He represents the next generation of maritime professionals. When we say we invest in people, Kai is what we mean.
Kraidon came up through guest services and concessions, the front line of our destination experiences, and is now part of our Future Leaders Program. A great career in this business shouldn't depend on who you know. Kraidon is helping us prove it.
Mandy has run operations across multiple Land & Sea markets and brings the same standard to each one: the crew goes home safe, every day. Her word on safety is the final word. That's integrity you can stake a life on.
Scott runs the daily machinery of a company that spans marine operations, destination experiences, and advisory engagements, and he runs it the same way everywhere. What we promise a partner is what we deliver, on the date we said. That consistency is what integrity looks like at scale.
Mark runs the Oklahoma River Cruises operation the way the best GMs do: he knows every crew member's name, every vessel's quirks, and every partner's priorities. Long-term trust is built one day at a time. Mark builds it daily.
Cavitt is the reason boats leave the dock on time. He treats every engine room like the safety of the crew depends on it, because it does. Hard work, done before anyone's watching.
Sanela builds the systems that turn first jobs into careers, across every Land & Sea operation. Hiring, training, and promotion are where meaningful relationships actually start. She makes sure we keep that promise to every person who signs on.
Ryan started as a deckhand and earned his way to the wheelhouse. Now he trains the next crew coming up behind him. That's what Go Beyond looks like when it has a license.
Kevin has spent 33 years figuring out what makes a guest's day unforgettable, then building the operation that delivers it. His title says sales and marketing, but the truth is bigger — he works guest experience, partnerships, and strategy in the same week. Every meaningful relationship this company holds, he's probably shaken hands on it.
Aaron is accountable for vessels, crews, and schedules across the fleet, which means his phone never fully sleeps. Maritime doesn't have easy days, and Aaron has never asked for one. He shows up prepared and expects the same, starting with himself.
Tegan is the bridge between Land & Sea and every community we serve. She turns operations into stories people care about and partnerships into relationships that last. If a city knows who we are before we dock, Tegan got there first.
Antonio keeps the fleet running right. From propulsion to electrical, if it turns, hums, or floats, he's got his hands on it. The kind of engineer who treats every job like the crew's counting on him — because they are.
Arto builds the technology behind our advisory work, including the Ferry Command Center, our AI-driven maritime operations platform. The title is a joke. The work isn't. When we build something new, Arto is usually the reason.
Tyler keeps the port side of the operation locked in — vessel readiness, crew scheduling, and dock-to-dock coordination. If a boat's leaving on time and in shape, Tyler's already been there twice.
George keeps the numbers as seaworthy as the fleet. Clean books, honest forecasts, and no surprises for our partners or our crew. Integrity isn't just how we operate boats. It's how we account for them.
Sherry is the reason the office actually runs. Scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, the thousand small things that fall apart without someone who cares — Sherry handles all of it, and makes it look easy. Every operation needs a center of gravity. She's ours.
