Insurance Requirements

All Land & Sea subcontractors and service providers must carry minimum insurance coverage appropriate to their scope of work. Requirements vary by vendor category and are listed below. Certificates of Insurance must be submitted prior to commencement of any work.

These requirements apply to every vendor category regardless of scope or contract value.

Required — All Vendors

Standard policy conditions

Additional Insured: Land & Sea Operations LLC must be named as an Additional Insured on all Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability policies.
Cancellation Notice: Policies must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to Land & Sea of cancellation or material change in coverage.
Certificate of Insurance: A current, valid Certificate of Insurance naming Land & Sea Operations LLC is required prior to commencement of any work on any project.
